Chicken Stir Fry

Makes: 4 qt

Required Dishes:

  • 4qt mixing bowl
  • Frying pan
  • 1.5qt pot/saucepan

Required Ingredients:

  • 2 lb of chicken
  • 3 cups of uncooked rice
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 jalepeño pepper
  • ½ onion
  • 1 broccoli crown
  • 1 8 oz can of water chestnuts
  • 8 oz of baby bella mushrooms
  • 8 oz of yum yum sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt/MSG

Steps:

  • Rinse rice with a strainer.
  • Put equal the amount of water, plus half a cup, as you have rice in a pot/saucepan.
  • Bring it to a light boil.
  • Put the rice in the pot/saucepan carefully.
  • Cover the pot/saucepan.
  • Wait ~18 minutes.
  • Take rice off heat.
  • Put frozen chicken in air fryer at 365° for 18 minutes. (Optionally, flip halfway through.)
  • Dice chicken
  • Chop up all unchopped vegetables and mix them all except the jalapeños.
  • Fry all vegetables except the jalapeños together in olive oil in a skillet.
  • Optional: Fry the jalapeños separately afterwards.
  • Mix everything in a large mixing bowl, including half a dozen glugs of soy sauce and a fair bit of salt/MSG. (Optionally, leave the soy sauce separate and mix it in freshly before eating.)
