Chicken Stir Fry
Makes: 4 qt
Required Dishes:
- 4qt mixing bowl
- Frying pan
- 1.5qt pot/saucepan
Required Ingredients:
- 2 lb of chicken
- 3 cups of uncooked rice
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 jalepeño pepper
- ½ onion
- 1 broccoli crown
- 1 8 oz can of water chestnuts
- 8 oz of baby bella mushrooms
- 8 oz of yum yum sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Salt/MSG
Steps:
- Rinse rice with a strainer.
- Put equal the amount of water, plus half a cup, as you have rice in a pot/saucepan.
- Bring it to a light boil.
- Put the rice in the pot/saucepan carefully.
- Cover the pot/saucepan.
- Wait ~18 minutes.
- Take rice off heat.
- Put frozen chicken in air fryer at 365° for 18 minutes. (Optionally, flip halfway through.)
- Dice chicken.
- Chop up all unchopped vegetables and mix them all except the jalapeños.
- Fry all vegetables except the jalapeños together in olive oil in a skillet.
- Optional: Fry the jalapeños separately afterwards.
- Mix everything in a large mixing bowl, including half a dozen glugs of soy sauce and a fair bit of salt/MSG. (Optionally, leave the soy sauce separate and mix it in freshly before eating.)
