Privileges and Immunities
Rights protected by the Privileges and Immunities Clause if they are "fundamental" to the promotion of interstate harmony.
Four types of rights:
- Political rights
			- No right to residents of other states
- Examples:
					- Vote in primaries
- Hold officer
 
 
- Freedom rights
				- Must be provided to residents of other states
- Examples:
						- Work
- Own property
- Access courts
 
 
- Benefit rights
				- No right to residents of other states if a reason can can be provided
- Examples:
						- School
- Welfare
 
 
- Unimportant rights
				- No right to residents of other states
- Examples:
						- Deer hunting
