Midterm is about 3–5 multiple choice and 1 essay in 1 hours
Multiple choice is "best answer." Find something wrong cuz exception or something.
Multiple choice will be worth less than 50 points.
Normal IRAC
Read the call of question carefully, may tell issue or ask to pull them all out.
State the rule clearly. About 40% of the points is writing the rule.
Then apply. Don't conflate the two. Tell what facts are significant and why. Explain why one may be unsure about the outcome and try to predict it.
Midterm cuts off between promissory restitution and restitution.
