There will definitely be a question about whether a mark is famous among the general consuming public enough for dilution. It will be obvious factually whether it is famous or not, but it may (hint hint) be famous among a small subset of people, not the general consuming public.

The patent question will be about the five elements and the patentable subject matter.

Connors wants his question answered, but does not want a data dump of everything you know. He will take off points for irrelevant statements.

You don't have to give a definitive answer, but you have to give some answer. Say who would probably win at least.

Case names may boost a grade a few points, but are not required.
