• Commerce clause (Covering both Marshall & contemporary)
• Individual rights

The following cases are mentioned by name in the Multiple Choice portion of the exam:

• Martin v. Hunter's Lessee
• McCulloch v. Maryland
• Youngstown Sheet & Tube
• NFIB v. Sebelius [(could be concerning commerce clause part or tax part)]

Not tested on legislative immunities.
