Haddle v. Garrison (1)
District Court of Southern District of Georgia, 1996
Facts:
Plaintiff was a former at-will employee of defendant's, and claimed to be improperly discharged. Defendant filed a 12(b)(6) motion for failure to state a complaint.
Reasoning:
Because plaintiff was an at-will employee, he has no constitutionally protect interest, and therefore no valid claim.
Judgment:
Defendants' motions granted. Dismissed without prejudice.
