Facts:

Plaintiff sued defendant for a banana peel on defendant's station that plaintiff fell on. It was about a car's length away from the train.

Verdict directed for defendant.

Rule:

Bell: There has to be evidence that the hazard had been on the platform long enough that defendant should have known and removed it.

Reasoning:

The banana peel could have been just dropped by a passenger.

Judgment:

Exceptions overruled.
