Atlantic Coast Line R. Co. v. Daniels

Court of Appeals of Georgia, 1911

Issue:

Was the wrongful act the proximate cause?

Reasoning:

The tortfeasor being born could be seen to have caused the act. The negligence must also be shown to have been the proximate cause. Drawing a line because it's not fair to hold them liable.
